Menu Header Height

Hi there, my menu header height seems to be larger than the demo "One Page" do you have a css code I can use to reduce this white space?

I have the same issue with the http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/writer/ - how can I fix that? Please.

Hey

Go to theme options>global>advanced and set the Content|remove padding to ON. This is global.

You can do this for single pages by editing the page and setting it there.
