Changes i make in the BeThemes Options are not showing up on website

Hi, 

Any changes i make in the BeThemes Options are not showing up on website. Doesn't matter what the change is (i.e. colour, header, footer etc), no change i make and then save actually moves across to the website. 

Wordpress: 4.7.3
BeTheme: 16.9

Please help. This is driving me crazy

    Please send us a link to your website.
    Update your php version on server to 5.6 at least, and betheme to 17.2

    Are the options saving in theme options and are not visible on the site or do they not save in the options aswell?
