Can you please tell me what the following means:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ''po' (T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE), expecting ']' in /home/purenstr/public_html/wp-includes/rest-api/endpoints/class-wp-rest-posts-controller.php on line 248

This is what I now see when I got to my site, the site was live for two days???

Hi, this error means that you edited this file and forgot to add a "]" somewhere.

I didn't edit the file actually. I had to replace the whole site with source files to get it reversed and lost some of my work.

Did you manage to fix it then? If this file is corrupt download wordpress and replace that file with a new one.
