Content suddenly dissapear

Hi,

i dont know what happened, but its happened 3 times, 
1. half of the content in open of my page suddenly missing, so i have to make it again
2. 2 days later the same page's content went missing, this time its not just a few, but the whole content of the page, and also another page, it means 2 page has disaapear content.
3. along with the second problem the menu structure suddenly become messy, it turns out all the sub menu become the parent menu.

Please help me, if this keep happening, it will stress me out. i would like to share my access, where can i give it to you.
