Sticky Header overlays anchor

hi there.
i have an issue with a anchor link. the sticky header overlays. we use wordpress 4.7.3 and betheme 17.3 child.

in menu click on DM Software -> Ambulant -> Verwaltung und Abrechnung.

my anchor is in row with headline -> "Unsere praxisnahen Module im Detail". the sticky header overlays my anchor.

the page option "one page" is active.

whats my mistake - can you help me?
