Tabs Css is loading badly

When loading, tabs css shows as broken and fixes afterwards. Screenshot attached:
Before:

¿How can this be fixed?

Load broken CSS for a moment, until it adjusts

What do you mean loads broken css for a moment? The page loads, when it is loaded the script moves to the anchor. This is perfectly normal behavior.

When loading, you can see css without style for a second moving to the left, it happens with all the pages that uses tabs (Text without format, links with different colours, etc.)

Try to open in another browser or another computer. This works very well here. This can be just the problem with the PC or the internet speed.
