Betheme Options Showing blank page
Hi guys
We have been going through the threads regarding missing betheme options and cannot determine the issue. When we first tried to load the options we were met with a completely white screen. After deactivating the plugins it displayed the options navigation and logo but there were no options available. Please have a look at our server options. We are unsure whether our server settings ( max memory, filesizes etc ) are inadequate. It says in our settings the memory limit local value is 268435456 but the Master value is 64M. Is there something we missed?
Please let us know what we should do..

the server status page shows that everything is ok. Yet when trying to
edit a page we receive out of memory error on the edit page screen. Could you please let us know which values to change exactly so that we can update the site? Thanks
our memory limit is 256M
there is no suhosin script
cache is disabled.
What else could be causing this issue?
