I am using Safari on mac (version 9) and the sliding (under content) footer is not working. The footer is not showing at all. http://usqglobalwealth.com
It works on other browsers I have tried and your example on your demo site works on safari. Any idea what might be causing this?
This is because your code is full of errors. Not closed divs and much more. Please open this site in firefox, press CTRL + U and look for red markers. Fix it and it will work.
We have deactivated the plugin that had the not closed divs. Everything else has only been customised through the Be Theme options, so I don't know how to fix any further red markers.
I have just re-set my entire website and started from scratch. I first set the footer to sliding (under content) and tested it on safari - it worked. However, I then continued to re-input my other BeTheme Options, each time testing the function of the sliding under content footer. I have discovered that by using your own setting to 'remove shadows' in global advanced settings, the functionality of the sliding under content footer fails on safari.
There is no warning that this setting will disable the footer. It is purely your own settings causing this - no one else's code as you have suggested. And it only fails in safari so it is clear this is not meant to happen.
When I untick the remove shadows box it functions again, so I am very clear that is not something caused by our side.
That makes no difference. I have removed that section from the footer altogether and it still has the same issue. As I mentioned, the issue comes from ticking your remove shadow option.
please be so kind and send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason. Please don’t forget to explain your issue in the messeage very clearly.
