Homepage doesn't load Betheme content

Hi.

Today I installed a pre-built Betheme website in Hostgator.

However the Home page doesn't load the theme, you can check it here: http://essentialcostaricaclassic.org/

Excluding Home, the other pages do have the theme, for example: http://essentialcostaricaclassic.org/about-me/. So the issue is with my Home page.

I contacted the Hostgator support for checking my database, and it seems everything is ok. So, I supose the issue is related with the theme.

Could anyone help me to fix this issue?

Hi,

please go to theme folder, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. Hi,

Your max_input_vars is set to 1000 (default) Please contact your hosting provider and make them increase this value. This might be the cause.

I contacted hosting support, and now max_input var is set on 5,000.

¿Is it a good parameter?

The max_input_vars is still 1000 in your phpinfo.php, check it yourself.
