Images distorted in the testimonials module

Hi there,

I have a website built with BeTheme. The testimonials module is being a bit odd. In the Tatsu builder the images look fine. On the website however, they are distorted (into a tall oval shape, rather than the circle they are meant to be).

Could you help me please? - this is a live website, so I really need to get it fixed :/
