Change the logo size and alignment

Thank you for your great theme. We want to make some modification to the current logo size and alignment. Can you show us how to change in the code to make it look like the screenshot here ?

Hi,

we tried to open your website but it does not work and we don`t see what is the problem because from screenshot this is not clear enough. What is on screenshot? Sticky menu or what? Because both looks similar and we have no idea what you want to do exactly.

no it's not sticky. I have changed to public. you can see it now. thank you very much. I have tried bigger image but it gets downs to the slides instead.
