I seem to have found a solution via documentation. It seems i need to have "class=" for UL to work properly. Are there other options besides "check", "star", and "idea"? I just need a normal bullet list.
Please let us know when your site would be online or please send us private message with login details so we can check this because without seeing the code, we don't know what might be wrong. Above code, is not wrong for sure and that's why it is so weird for us.
Our new site isnt set to launch for another 2 months. Unfortunately I am not able to provide outside organizations access to our backend (trust me I wish I could lol). In the meantime I will see if I can find a work around. I will keep you posted.
