Boxed Layout Padding

the boxed layout shows a content margin/padding around the entire boxed area. How do I get the content to fit on the edge of the section?

I want the columns to fit all the way to the edge of the box.

ok, never mind, I cannot make this function the way I want. I would like all of the rows to push up directly against the edge of the boxed layout.

I have decided to switch to a full page layout... disregard for real this time.
