Portfolio Popup Bug

Hi there,

We're having a problem with the popup on the portfolio page. It is being affected by the number of portfolio items designated "per page" on the Portfolio tab of the Muffin Options, under Blog, Portfolio, and Shop. The popup only works for the first series of images based on those settings.

Please click the magnifying glass on one of the first items, and you will see the item popup. Then click "Load More" [portfolio items] toward the bottom of the initial items, and more items will load. Click the magnifying glass for some of those, and they do not popup like at first. Instead, the person is taken to the URL of the file (i.e. http://immanuelmarketing.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/FeaturesList-656x1024.png).

How do we fix this?

Hi Charles,

you're right. We had no idea that the items which loads on "Load more", does not open in popup. We need to have a look on it closer and fix with next updates.

Also, the portfolio resizes the items to make them a maximum of 1024 vertically, which makes some of the longer items ridiculously small. E.g. http://www.wpacademy.com/

Is there anything that can be done about this?

Sorry but we don't get your question. Above link has nothing to theme but the image you sent above, is definitely too small.

There was a bug in the portfolio popup in the version of BeTheme I purchased. You said you would address it in an update. Did you?

Please disable w3total cache and update the theme to the newest version, your is very old.

If this will not help try to disable all plugins and check again.
