BeTheme Options Not Avaiable

Hello our websites is enginocal.loveisnotblind.net

We bought Betheme and use many websites, but this problem is only about this website.

When we clicked the Betheme Options, we can't do it anything else about this panel. But it is not working. We can't be sure whats the problem exactly but we need the solve this problem emergency.

Hi,

please go to theme folder, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. I couldn't the true file, when i look at the theme file just see this page and this folder.

but if you want, can give you directly my website interface / wordpress interface / and username * password

Go to the link I gave you and watch the movie very carefully. Follow the steps. You are competly off the path. Make the file in the main ftp directory not the theme.

Hi,

Please contact your hosting provider and disable the suhosin script which is lowering your settings.

Also increse the memory limit to 256mb 'memory_limit'

We've contacted with hosting provider and they did you told. Increased memory limit to 256 mb. But problem is still continued. And still can't available Betheme Options. This template written by Muffin group and please solve this problem.

1. They did not change the memory_limit to 256 - you can see your php info file - it is still 128mb
2. You have suhosin script enabled on your server, they need to switch it off.
