Will a pre-built site mess up my current blog customization?

Hey guys, could you ease my concerns here? I used BeTheme to customize my blog page and spent many hours on it. Need to continue with the other website pages and thought of saving time by building upon one of the included pre-built websites. Will doing this wipe out all my blog page setup? Do those pre-built sites have their own blog page designs to replace mine? Thank you!
