Is there a way to only import one demo page?

I need to import a blog page, since I deleted it once I first built my site.

I am finally ready to build out a blog, but do not want to override my current website by importing demo data. Is there a way to only import a single page?

There is no possibility for that, you can only import the whole website.

You can either download and replace the whole content or just the theme options.
