Can't see Visual or Text tabs on Posts

Hi there,

I've updated BeTheme to 16.6 from an older version and I can't see the Visual or Text tab options on Posts or Pages. This is what I mean:

Is there a setting or something I'm missing to fix this?

Any help to get these back would be appreciated.

Hi,

if default WP tabs are missing, we suggest to remove all WP files thru FTP and then upload the newest but via FTP as well and please make sure during this process that all files were transferred properly.

Have you replaced ALL of the wordpress files?
Please also try to disable all plugins and check if this helps.
