Does Trying Out The Pre-Built Websites Wipe Out Text On a Previous Version?
Say for example I tried the NGO pre built site, added all of my own text and then wanted to try out the Agency pre built site?
Does it wipe out my previous text (entered in Composer/Muffin builder etc)?
Also, does a "database reset" delete all text (entered/customized on the homepage)?

It all depends on what you delete in the database but we advise to install the pre build website first and then add text. You can always try to copy your theme to another directory and try it out there.
