Cannot add more video and update a page.

I try to add more video. When I publish the page has error, layout broke and can't update css on a page. I would like to know this theme have limitation for add video or not? Now I have 10 videos on page.

What should I do for add more video?

I just updated new version of this theme. Now it don't have error but still can't add more section.

Can I provide username and password here for support team can login to Wordpress?

please go to theme folder, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. I have created and uploaded but cannot show.

Error is

"Warning: phpinfo() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/mpoasia/public_html/wp-content/themes/betheme/phpinfo.php on line 3"

Maybe you can give me some suggestion for modify by myself first. If I cannot do we will discuss again.

Please paste the file in the main ftp directory not in the theme folder.

As the error clearly states, the phpinfo function is disabled by the hosting provider, please contact him and let him know.

Hi,
1. Disable suhosin script - it will decrase each option listed below
2. Increase max_input vars to 5000 and memory_limit to 256mb at least
3. Update the php version
All these changes should be done by contacting with your hosting providers.

Have you changed the memory_limit? It is still 128mb, increase it.
