For that you must use custom css's classes field for "Section" items. When you create/edit section you must setup class name for section, like section-red-font. And then in Theme options > Layout > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section you must use css as below:
Sometimes, colors for headings and other elements may be different color and must be overwritten. Try to use above css declaration with !important attribute. But if this won't help, then please send us url to page where you got it and we'll have a look.
