Options reset automatically, import doesn't work

Hi,
All of my betheme options settings reset to factory default on their own for no apparent reason. My site now looks horrible as all of the css is different. I tried to import my saved file of the options (I downloaded the options when I was done designing my site) but it does not do anything. I also called my hosting and we did a full restore of everything including all databases to a date and time before the settings reset and it still is not putting my site back to how it was.  I have even gone through manually and reentered all my options and pasted all of my personal css (that I luckily had saved as well) into the global css section and it still is not back to how it was. Can you help me get my site back? I am very stressed about this.

    Hi,

    please go to theme folder, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.     Looks like I got it working again. Not sure how. I just deleted all of my custom css in global, saved, refreshed, re-pasted all my css into global, saved and refreshed again and now it's working. But still, I had to redo ALL of the option settings one by one reading through my downloaded .txt file. My site was down for over 24 hours! I did see that this is something that has happened to other people and I read the forum on those. I'm concerned about two things. 1) This might happen again where all the setttings reset to default on their own. 2) Importing my saved settings does not work. What do you recommend to avoid this kind of disaster from happening again? A website's visual appearance changing like this can drive customers away and have a huge negative impact on the business. This is a very serious problem.

    p.s.
    All of my system settings are good and in the green. The php max input vars was in the red when settings were lost but that was the first thing I fixed.

    This is very weird but your max_input_time is set to -1, please contact your hosting provider and let them know about this.

    wow! Thank you so much! I will get that fixed. I've been on the phone with them sooooo many times and having such problems.  Seriously considering changing hosting. So does everything else seem ok? If I keep a good eye on all these settings then do you think the betheme options will remain intact? Was the php max input vars being low what caused the options to reset on their own?

    p.s.
    Looks like max input time set at -1 means unlimited according to sources on stackoverflow
