1. To remove top navigation for single post pages, please use below css:
.single-post .post-nav { display: none; }
2. Dates are related with wordpress installation and are never localized. So if you want them in Polish, you should install wordpress in language language or you can also contact with hosting administrator and ask if he can change dates to Polish language on server's date because maybe this will help.
2. there is polish lang version installed and working right in blog (at picture under my questionis is"26 grudzien" not 26 December). All dates except navigation are properly loclaized
