Change portfolio date text and link

On portfolio page like this one: http://ppgwebservices.com/ppgws/porfolio/ when you hover over images, you will see "Date" of the portfolio.

I would like to change text "Date" to something else, and to link it to inner portfolio page.

How can I do this?

You could change this text in theme options>translate>blog&portfolio
There is no other option.

Thanks, this solved half of my problem. I was able to change text "Date" to "Case Study" but I need to replace date itself "March 22, 2017" to "See our results" and link this line to single portfolio page.

I know that this can't be done using theme options, but you can point me to php files where I can make this change

The file responsible for portfolio page is includes/content-portfolio.php
