Css hierarchy of Betheme Child theme not working after upgrade to Wordpress 4.7.x

Hi Team,

After wordpress upgrade, we have seen that all CSS that we define under betheme-child/style.css is not being pulled anymore.

The Child theme is the one that is enabled.

By inspecting the theme css using chrome developr tools, we have checked that is pulling css from betheme/css/layout.css.

In order for us to workaround and solve this issue, we have to declare every single css property, class, id etc that we want to change, using !important.

Prior to wordpress upgrade 4.7, we didn't have to do this.

By deep looking into it, we have checked that betheme/css/layout.css. is now being loaded before betheme-child/style.css.

We have analysed an old website and betheme-child/style.css is loaded before betheme/css/layout.css.

Could you please help us to solve this issue so we solve on all customers?
