Visual Composer Not Loading in Edit (just keeps spinning...)

Hi there,

I'm trying to edit my page but the Visual Composer takes 2 minutes to load and then comes up blank. Please advise.

I just noticed I didn't mean Visual Composer but actually the muffin builder. I updated Visual Composer but it didn't help.

Hi,

please go to your FTP server, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. It is probably cause by the PHP version. It is very outdated, please update. If this does not help, there is also the values of max_input_vars and memory_limit that should be increased. Please contact your hosting provider.

Hi there, I just updated the PHP version and nothing has changed. I have another site that's hosted in the same domain but the Muffin Builder works on that site. Any other thoughts before I contact my hosting provider?

Yes, increase max_input_vars. The websites are on the same server but they are not the same, they have diffrent plugins, take up more space etc.
