404 Error on Demo Installation Attempt

Hi Guys,

We've used your theme before and installation of demo content worked great. It looks like the new version is updated and we really love this, but now when trying to install the demo content, we keep on getting a 404 page not found error.

Could you please assist?

Hi,

please go to your FTP server, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
