Sidebar Menu distance to header

Hi

i created a sidebarmenu as written in the turorial. Overall i got a space of 150px between the header and the content on all my sites. How can i get a 150px space between the sidebar menu and the header? so i`d like to change the position of the sidebarmenu and push it 150px down from the header as it fits to the text elements.

i would like to push the sidebarmenu to the same height as the text on the rigtht part
