Menu mobile responsive position and change size logo?

Hello

How are you ,

i would like to know because i try different thing how i can move the responsive menu only for mobile, i would like to position under the logo,

the other thing is to change size of the logo when we are on mobile view.

We cannot move it, but we can reduce the size of the logo with this css

@media (max-width:767px) {
	.logo img.scale-with-grid {
	max-width: 75% !important;
}
}

can i keep my responsive menu always open ? when i'landing on home page, menu are open with submenu display
