Image shortcode errors

trying to set

it still align to left - align =right works - but for some reason can align image to center

vc code [vc_single_image image="164" border_color="grey" img_link_target="_self" img_size="large" alignment="center"] works ... 

btw is there any way to make a some shortcodes be like a form builder ? its PITA to get all the links for images by hand
