How to make a transparent header's logo keeping the same size when sticky?

Seems like i can't find this solution anywhere, do you think you can help me out?
How can i have a header that is transparent when normal (on top) and dark when sticky (scrolling) - that would always keep the same size for the logo and the same position for the menu?
Right now, i'm using transparent header and when scrolling the sticky header reduces the size of the logo. I can't find a CSS to change it.
I tried the fixed header instead + some custom CSS to make it transparent when normal, but then the 60px header background color appears (which i don't want, my background image must be full screen)
Thanks for your help, if that makes any sense !
