[Solved] Woocommerce conflict w Betheme: Product page & menu empty

edited April 2017 in WooCommerce
So sorry to disturb again but I've tried everything but still cannot solve this problem.

My website: https://yam.org.my/V2/shop/
Wordress version: 4.3.1
Betheme: 17.8
Woocommerce Version: 2.5.5
Each Product page empty without contents picture and nagivator on top: https://yam.org.my/V2/shop/t-shirt/designer-t-shirt-by-eric-chong/

I've no idea when this problem occurred, and I've tried to:
1. deactivated all plugins and nothing fixed
2. Deleted Betheme whole folder in FTP and install back Betheme 15/16 or latest version, nothing fixed.
3. Deleted CSS setting under Betheme option, nothing fixed.

And I found out that if I changed to other Theme, the product page turn normal!!

Please help, I've no idea how to solve this....
Thanks!

  • Hi,

please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. For more details about file creation, please visit https://mediatemple.net/community/products/dv/204643880/how-can-i-create-a-phpinfo.php-page

    Thanks!

    Thanks for your quick respond.
I've solved this problem after 8 hours effort.
I had updated Wordpress to 4.7.4 (which most of time spending on solving blank page problem in front and back of website after updated WP),
after that I updated Woocommerce to 3.0.4 (which cannot used in older version of WP),
    the problem solved!
    According to my experience,
there are conflicts in between Betheme 17.0 and Woocommerce 2.5 with WP4.3.1 updated a few day ago (which it's automatically done by WP itself while I travelled outstation),
and the conflict happen (which cannot be reversed even I downgrade back to old Betheme).

PS: Many people have problem updating WP 4.7.4,
I think they had make big changes in this version of WP.
Hopefully it won't cause any new problem later with Betheme,
I loved Betheme and doesn't want to change theme!
Lucky my boss didn't found out the website's shop had downline....
