Lawyer Theme Mobile/Responsive Not showing Phone #

I need some help on http://lawyermarketing.majesticwarrior.net/, I used the Lawyer theme. I noticed yesterday that when I am on a mobile device or shrink my screen size down, the phone # at the top does not stay present. On many of the other themes the phone # stays present at the top. Is there a way to force that?

Hi,

It stays present but the font color is white. You cannot see it on a white background.
