But please understand that we can not add any feature you just want because lot’s of users uses poor hosting services and more options/features means higher server requirements. We can add twice of current options and it wouldn't be any problem for us but after that it wouldn't work for probably nearly half of current users. We see very well what kind of hosting services BeTheme users use and really many of them has hosting services like $1.

Adding one more button isn't going to take my server down. This is a weak excuse if any. But we can take care of it nonetheless. It's not a feature 'I want', it's a feature that 'makes sense'.
You really need to work on how you respond to your customers on here. People are paying for your theme and providing revenue to your company. Responses like "Please do not instruct us on what makes sense...." are unacceptable, reflect a bad attitude on your part and and will only give Muffingroup support a bad name. PEOPLE ARE ENTITLED TO THEIR OPINIONS. You have a professional top class product. Be sure your attitude and response to your customers reflects that.
Please do not instruct us on what makes sense and what does not, if we would listen to every little demand the theme would be terrible in maintenance.

I can stop asking people to buy your theme though. You have good business, you won't miss a few purchases I've already stopped using the theme anyways.
