Hi, we have problems on be-theme options, we see muffing options, save button, and lateral menu, global, header & sobheader, etc but none of this buttons works
please be so kind and send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason. Please don’t forget to explain your issue in the messeage very clearly.
How much memory limit is needed for Betheme? I also added "define(´WP_MEMORY_LMIT´, ´96M´); in the wp-config-sample.php data but there are still no bethme options available.
@Tilman94 please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. - max_execution_time is 30 right now while should be minimum 180 - post_max_size is only 8M and would be great if you can increase it to 32M - upload_max_filesize is only 2M and would be great if this one could be increase to 32M as well
Our server manager change this and this solve the problem, thanks
As you can see in your phpinfo the max_input_vars and memory_limit are very low. Please increase these values, memory_limit especially. You may need to contact your hosting provider in order to change it. http://prntscr.com/f4d9e5 thanks
Because it depends on how many plugins you have installed. It would be best to have around 256mb, but if you do not have many plugins 128mb should be enough.
Had the same problem, tried the various suggestion above, all to no avail. But this is what worked for me, though it might sound funny or ridiculous. After disabling all the plugin, and yet it did not work. Had to enable all of them back, then i updated my Yoast SEO plugin, then it started working but not properly as some of the options were not saving. But after i went through the Yoast SEO setup and save the changes, everything start to work fine. Well i guess the problem might have something to do with a plugin we get to install. Mine was Yoast SEO yours may be different.
To muffin... Nice Theme. Having fun with your machine. Cheers
I only have 96mb and am stuck with that for now. Everything worked fine for the last week or so, so I'm trying to figure out anything I can do to get it back just enough to edit. Muffin Builder works, it's just the Theme options that don't.
I've deleted several plugins, and the only one I have running right now is WooCommerce.

here's the php info.
I modified from the database the url of a social media, and appears to reset the info of the betheme options :-(.
And the right side of the betheme doesn't show.
Thanks.
