Wordpress issues

Hello guys,

I have made a whole BeTheme websites successfully and put a lot of content in the website. The website was located on example.com/test when I was transferring it to example.com I made a mistake by just dragging in into HTDOCS. This mistake led to the website not working anymore. When I put the whole Wordpress files back into /test it still didn't work and I could also not login to the Wordpress via example.com/test/wp-admin.

Is my BeTheme with all its content still somewhere in alle the files from Wordpress I have in my Cyberduck. I did not deleted anything I just moved it. How can I acces my website again? Thank you very much for your time.

The website is agrioil.nl. Now there is still a old website on this domain.

Hi,
We do not know what you did. You clearly have no clue either. All we can advise is to log in into the old website and move it with this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

If you lost your old website, you can ask your hosting provider if there was a backup.

Thank you for your comment. I cannot acces the WP-Admin anymore so i cannot use that plugin to move the website. In what way can I access my website?

We only recommend this plugin. Can you get the access to the FTP? Otherwise it will be very hard to move it.

Get the dasboard access as well and move the website again. We cannot help you if you do not have access.

That is vey disappointing after purchasing your them for 60€. Can you tell me if there is a way to gain access to the dashboard with a guide or advised tutorial on the internet somewhere?

How is this disappointing? This is not a part of the betheme, loggin in is a standard wordpress function. You paid for the theme and you get full theme support, but the theme is not a problem here.

It is disappointing because I thought you guys could maybe help me with a solution. I understand it is not a theme issue but I hoped your customercare would be understanding in this situation and help me a little.

Alright, I understand Thanks for you help. I will update here when I fixed the login etc and I have problems with the BeTheme.

Hi please reply to remove the error when installing the visual composar. I need help regarding the increase memory for the adjust the plugins properly in the website.

Hi,

please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
