How can I update automatically

Hello Dear Sirs of MuffinGgroup, I have installed Betheme for a long time with a license that I buy with another account. I lost that account because I was separated from a former partner. If they need my old license, I have it available and they only have to ask for it.

Now I have a new license, but I can not find where to run the automatic updates of the theme from Wordpress Updates.

I appreciate the help. In other words, I did not reinstall the theme. I just want to continue updating with this new license.

Hello,
Just go to your FTP, remove the theme completly and install your new one. Make a backup before you do anything. Please know that if you modified the theme files directly the update/new install will erase these changes.

Is very strange (and not so professional) that a Theme with those options and this cost is not automatically updated.

@pinkabbestia If you want to update theme automatically, you can use Envato Market plugin. This is what for the tool was made.

After I left a negative review re: BeTheme and its bundled plugins due to frustrations with updates I got this response :
