Be theme not working on touch screen on Microsoft surface pro
We are building a Wordpress site using BeTheme (http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/kindergarten/). This is our development url : http://35.176.6.128/
However, we have noticed that neither the theme demo nor the website we are developing is not working well on Microsoft Surface Pro touch screen ( https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/surface/devices/surface-pro-4/overview ).
It works fine on mobile devices and on other windows touch devices as well.
Any help will be appreciated.

could you explain what exactly does not work?

It's like the website is not responding to the touch screen events. The scrolling touch event does not work and the links are not clickable within the touch screen. These issues are only seen on Microsoft Surface Pro.
Please note that everything seems to working be fine on other Windows touch devices.

Please go to theme options>addons&plugins>addons and change the scroll plugin to default. It may be nice scroll that is the problem.
