How I musst setup the options do have an classic style menu on PC and an off canvas menu on mobile? Like http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/

Do you mean that you want a side-slide menu on mobile, I don't quite understand.

(Most of their examples have this, but I do not find the appropriate setting ;-)
Ups, now I have found the appropriate setting: BeTheem Options > Responsive > Header > Meu > Style > Side Slide :-)
Other question: ist there an option do have the levels of the mobile menu olways open?
Example:
Is there an option that in this case http://imgur.com/a/CeTKv the item "Courses" (and all others that have subitems) is already open?
There is no possibility for the menu to be open, sorry
