Visual Composer "Stretch Row is acting as "Stretch Row as Content" (Since May 5th Theme Update)

Since I updated the theme and all plugins, when a row is set to: "Stretch Row" inside the options, instead of working correctly: it acts as "Stretch Row as Content". Everything on my site was working fine with this until the update was made. I did notice that there is an a note under the row settings:

Everything on my site was working fine with this until the update was made. I did notice that there is an a note under the row settings:
"Select stretching options for row and content (Note: stretched may not work properly if parent container has "overflow: hidden" CSS property)."
The row's I am testing do not have classes or IDs, and I removed custom styling via the page CSS. They do have a row + an inner row.
I know your support's mentioned to me that Muffin Builder is what you mainly support but this is a critical issue for me and I'm unsure how to solve it: any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
