Problems installation and customization
Hi,
we encountered problems with theme installation, customization and editing pages:
1. First, we could not install the theme via WordPress theme manager, we just uploaded the file on our ftp.
2. Our installation code is not accepted, though we just bought the theme through envato.
3. We cannot customize the theme. When we click Appearance / BeTheme Option, we get an empty screen:
4. When we try to edit a page with Edit with visual composer, it does not work, the page turns white.
5. Also, trying to fix revslider problems, we get this message.

1. You couldn't upload theme via WP manager because of the limits on server side. You got poor hosting service.
2. Installation code is not required. Can you tell us what you are talking about?
3. If Muffin Options are empty after installation, it means your server is limited. In this case we recommend to deactivate all plugins first and after that click “Save changes” button under empty Muffin Options panel. But if this won’t help, then please check topics below where we explained what may be limited on server side:

4. VC plugin is quite have and requires good hosting services. Because of your poor configuration, you are not able to open it.
5. It's probably because of the limits as well or plugin files may be incomplete and you should upload them manually thru FTP.
Looks like you met with any possible limit. To be honest, this is first time when we meet with such poor hosting service. You must contact with your admin but if he won't be able to help you, we suggest to change hosting.
