Hi,

We do not have WXR files on our theme so it could be a plugin issue.

Please, disable your plugins except the ones required for that pre-built website, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, I also suggest contacting your hosting provider, to check if it is not your server problem.

I have contacted the host and there is no problem on his part.

However, I tried the template on another server and I'm still facing the same problem.
