Action Bar Color settings - Font Color and Social Icon Color

I tried to change the action bar color settings. However, it doesn't change at all after I assigned the new color. Kindly find the attached images. Thanks

In theme options, you have theme skin set to Green.
To set up colors manually you must change it to --Custom Skin--.

Hi I changed setting the theme skin color by your request, and change the font color for the action bar. However, it didn't work out. I think it has a bug. As you requested, I sent all my wordpress login information and ftp access following by your direction. Would you please have a look at it again? Thanks for your help.
Yes, it does work. Just switched to CUSTOM SKIN on your site and colors in action bar has changed. As proof, I attach the screenshot below:
Everything works as it supposed to.
