Action Bar Font Size

We have put Custom CSS into the Action Bar Slogan field along with our Slogan. The CSS seems to be ignored  which is font-size. Is there a way to alter the font-size for the Action Bar? Thank you.

.contact_details {

    font-size: 20px;

}
