Can´t export content to import in other page at same website

To get design (from other template from BeTheme) have installed in subdomain as new wp with clean BeTheme installation (last update). Have updated to last wp core and installed only suggested plugins. The option to export from Muffin Builder works fine becase all code is generated, but when try to import that content in a new page from that installation, the import option doesn´t works, I pasted code but nothing happens. Think that some plugin was problem, but deactivated all and only let active classic editor as you suggests at https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/43719/wordpress-5-0-gutenberg-and-betheme#latest

For now the demo content as https://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/ is installed in our temporal website http://temp.fecobal.altercom-la.com/

I know that the duplicate option using plugin could solve this problem at same installation, but the main reason to get export code on this theme is to take and paste to other installation at main domain to use as base of design.

Hi,
Please disable all of the plugins on both of the websites, clear the cache of your browser and then check if this works.

Also, be sure that WP and BeTheme do have this same version.

Thanks Pablo, for now I´m making the procedure at same website and didnt works the pasted code in the import field. Im creating one new page and trying to paste exported content from "about" page from demo content, to genereta new page with this step but didnt works.

I understand your steps to try to use in other website, but for now want to know why didnt works in same website.

I do not see that issue.

Export and Import tool works fine.

This is the index page I imported:

Also, I've imported the same page on my local machine and it works too.

Thinking about the problem and received your confirmation that the problem isn´t in theme, think to change web browser to be sure that the problem is at my computer, used Opera Browser to test and here is the result:

My problem is in my Chrome, some advice to fix, or change my default browser (Chrome) when edit BeTheme (have to use Opera)?
