builder sections have disappeared

I've searched for this problem first and saw that checking server limits is a possible solutions. I did and increases all limits as necessary, but the problem still persists on the home page. Some sections are missing. What else could be the problem?

Hi,

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health [Links visible only for registered users]
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab [Links visible only for registered users]
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab [Links visible only for registered users]
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

Your server limits looks fine, can you send me a link to your website?

We have to check how many content you inserted and if you do not have any html issues.

Can you check, if your builder section does not disappear when all of your plugins are disabled?

Deactivated all plugins and the sections still disappear.

Are the sections still there somewhere and just not loading, or are they actually gone and I have to add them again?

I'm not able to recreate the issue, I've cloned the page while all of the plugins disabled and added several sections with items and it works fine.

On which page does the issue appear?

On the home page. When you click to edit the page, you can see the classic editor at the top with everything that is SUPPOSED to be on the page. When you scroll down all the way to the bottom of the classic editor, you can see that there is more content after Workshops and Events and that part of that section is missing (Newsletter signup). However, that content is (now) missing in the muffin builder, and on the front end.

The content from the WP Classic Editor will not be displayed, because this is only for the Yoast SEO, also you have the "Hide the Content" option turned on, and only the content from the Muffin Builder will be displayed.

I tested it once more, and the content from Muffin Builder is displaying correctly, see, I added more content on that page:

I know how that works. That's exactly my point. Whatever is in the classic editor is what USED to be in the muffin builder. But now it's not.

So are you telling me that whatever was there is gone and I have recreate it?

Yes, you will have to recreate it - if it get lost you will not restore it, we do not have any functionality to recover lost data

If it will happen again and you will be able to tell me how to recreate that problem, please give me a reply, I'll check what's the probem asap.
