Uploading Theme is not working. It fails every time. :-(

I am in Appearance/Themes. I am trying to upload the theme zipped file "betheme.zip" and it keeps giving me an error.

It pops a window that says "Are you sure you want to do this" and then says "Try Again" I select try again and it goes back to the window to upload the theme. A vicious circle.

I have installed themes in the past with no problem. This is the first time I see this.

Any suggestions??

I installed wordpress in there and it is just waiting for the theme to work.

I tried uploading the child theme and it seemed to work but it needs the main theme to work correctly. So at least I know it is uploading a theme right. The issue is with the main betheme.zip. I just downloaded it from themeforest.
