Header width is not correctly scaled in Tablet mode

I am using the Creative Header and I have the problem that if I open the site on a tablet, the Menu Toggle Button is not on the right. Instead it is in the middle of the screen:
But this is just the case on tablets. If I have a larger or a smaller viewport the button is correctly on the right:
I think there is one line of code missing in the headerWidth function in scripts.js which sets the calculated with to the top_bar_left element.
