Demo content is not imported - How to solve it?

I am experiencing this situation, when I am going to import the complete website:
I cannot select -remove media or I understand or skip. It simply won't go anywhere.
I read the comment from the support in this discussion, so I've tried again https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/65413/content-import-frozen#latest
and again, here we are
Now the situation is this: no content
I have previously had BeTheme installed with no issues, but no backup from that point to restart it again. I've written a message here, in the same section asking for help but I've thought I've solved the issue but when I've tried to change content in homepage I realize there weren't content to modify.
I am using the latest version of BeTheme.
I've tried with no plugin and with plugin, installed version 6 of Wordpress, reinstalled again, changed database...ecc... no idea how to solve this.
What can I do?

Stuck and cannot progress with client project....

Please, wait for it, update your betheme, and you will be able to import Betheme again.
