Problems with BE theme - saving and google fonts

I have this fatal problems with theme which I need to solve:
1) Whenever I put the changes in the editor appears blank and I have to reapply saving to display settings. Otherwise, you can not make any more settings in the menu links not working. See this:
It is very stressful.
2) I have big problem with google fonts - you can not change the font-family.
Every time I change the font, return it to its original form. The Web site is then selected font displayed. In the editor, all settings are reset to the Arial font.
And the default settings do not appear Eastern European characters (ěžčř ...).
Please give a quick solution to these problems, otherwise the template unusable.

if Muffin Options are empty after installation, it means your server is limited. In this case we recommend to deactivate all plugins first and after that click “Save changes” button under empty Muffin Options panel. But if this won’t help, then please check topics below where we explained what may be limited on server side:
